PROVERBS OF HELL HAS UPDATED!!

Major changes include:

• A brand-new sidequest for Lithium in Zadig, as well as expansions to old quests
  • You can now see the magazine Nitros delivers to the Pink Slip...
• Combat balance tweaks, including: 
  • The luck stat now influences critical hit rates
  • The hit and evasion formulae have been reworked to be more dependent on Speed
  • Shan's Attack and Speed stats have been buffed (and several of Shan's exclusive skills were buffed as well)
• The third tier of the gauntlet in Gruze's Arena is finally available
• Limit break skills have all-new animations, courtesy of our friend mysterycubes
• New and improved sound effects for combat, UI, and... almost everything else
• More bug fixes than you can shake a syringe at!

Along with those, there are tons of minor changes and updates -- wait til you hear President Kiyosha's new rap!

After completing this chapter, you are now given a code that will carry your choices over to Proverbs's Chapter 2.
